Ravish Desai wrote in his social media post, “After a lot of thought, Mugdha and I have decided to separate from mutual consent. We have not been living together for the last one year. It has been a beautiful journey in which love, friendship and respect remained, and we hope that this feeling will continue even further.”

Mugdha Chafekar and Ravish Desai met in 2014 on the set of the television show ‘Satrangi Sasural’. During the show, the closeness between the two increased and two years later, in 2016, the two got married to Marathi customs.
