According to information, the incident took place in the Barela police station area, where a criminal named Lucky Patel attacked 24-year-old Pradyumn Yadav and his father, Mithlesh Yadav.

The attack happened when Pradyumn asked for payment at their chaat (snack) stall. Both were admitted to Jabalpur Medical College.
