Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has said that the MP government is committed to provide all support for industrial development.
Yadav, whose trip to Japan entered the third day on Thursday, has appealed to Panasonic Energy to promote its skill development initiatives in MP to create job opportunities.
He urged Panasonic Energy to expand its unit in Pithampur for energy storage and sustainable battery manufacturing. He also suggested setting up a research and development centre in the state. Yadav held a meeting with the officials of Panasonic Energy Company Limited.
The meeting involved an in-depth discussion on investment opportunities and possibilities of collaboration in the state. He discussed setting up new units in MP, particularly in electric-vehicle battery manufacturing and energy storage, with Panasonic Energy.
Highlighting the state’s industrial policies and special financial assistance schemes for Panasonic Energy, he mentioned that these incentives would provide the company with more opportunities to invest in MP. During the meeting, Panasonic Energy officials shared information about the company’s achievements and future plans.
Expressing interest in investing in the energy storage and battery manufacturing sector in MP, Panasonic Energy conveyed confidence in receiving full support from the state government.
Invited to GIS
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has invited Panasonic Energy to the upcoming Global Investors Summit (GIS) on February 24-25 in Bhopal. The invitation is aimed at encouraging Panasonic Energy to explore new investment opportunities in the state.

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav visited the Sysmex Corporation Solution Center in Kobe, Japan, where he held discussions with senior company officials about investment opportunities in the medical technology and life sciences sectors.
Sysmex is a leading company in global diagnostic technology, known for its significant contributions to advanced medical research and healthcare innovation.
During the meeting, Yadav invited Sysmex to consider establishing a manufacturing unit for medical diagnostic equipment in MP. He also proposed setting up a research and development centre in the state to foster innovation in the healthcare sector.
