Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): A few ministers from the state have become active in Delhi during Chief Minister Mohan Yadav’s trip to foreign countries. More than a dozen ministers met Union ministers and the leaders of the party org.sation. Some of them met Union Home Minister Amit Shah during their stay in Delhi.

They also met Union ministers Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Bhupendra Yadav who was also the election in-charge of the party’s MP unit. Those who met Shah included Transport Minister Uday Pratap Singh and Pratima Bagri. Their photographs with Shah came to light. Among the ministers who met Chouhan were Prahlad Patel, Nagar Singh Chouhan, Vijay Shah and others.

Vijay Shah met Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Forest and Environment Minister Bhupendra Yadav. Several ministers from MP went to Delhi to take part in the wedding ceremony of Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla’s daughter. During this period, the ministers from the state met the BJP leaders, but the ministers’ interest seemed to be to meet the powerful leaders instead of the ministers. The Central government’s control over the state is apparent. Several decisions are being taken according to the Centre’s wishes.

So, the BJP leaders have begun to maintain their equations with the BJP ministers. Exercises are going on in the state for election of BJP’s state unit president. The BJP lost the by-election in the Vijaypur assembly constituency. The party leaders are also worried about the decline in the candidate’s victory margin in Budhni. According to sources, the ministers discussed the issues related to the state government and the party org.sation.
