Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh): A man was severely injured after he was attacked with a knife over selection of song by the DJ at a wedding in Jabalpur on Wednesday.
The incident is of Jabalpur’s Patan Nagar area.
The attack happened after a fight broke out between two youths over playing favourite song at a wedding.
The incident caused panic at the event, and guests ran in all directions.
According to information, the fight happened between Sahil Patel and Nilesh Patel during a wedding celebration.
They were arguing about which song should be played. During the argument, Nilesh took out a knife and stabbed Sahil several times.
Sahil was seriously injured and was rushed to a private hospital in Jabalpur. His condition is said to be critical.
After the attack, Nilesh quickly ran away from the spot, leaving the wedding guests in shock.
The victim’s family did not waste any time and went to the police to report the incident.
Based on their complaint, the police have now registered a case.
Officers have started an investigation and are actively searching for Nilesh. So far, he has not been caught, but the police say they are doing everything they can to find him as soon as possible.
