Along with this, there is a possibility of heavy rains from Himachal Pradesh to Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana and Madhya Pradesh. Apart from this, record-breaking rains have also been expected in Kerala and Uttarakhand.

Orange alert has been issued for the next 24 hours. There is a possibility of torrential rain in many parts here. Apart from this, there is a possibility of rain in Moradabad, Amroha, Bijnor, Meerut, Baghpat, Muzaffarnagar and Saharanpur districts of western UP.
