What is 20-20-20 rule:
Under this rule, if you look at a screen continuously for 20 minutes, then you should rest your eyes after 20 minutes. For this you will have to look at the screen for 20 minutes, then look 20 feet away and take a break of 20 seconds. After this you look at the screen again. Apart from this, keep blinking your eyes frequently. Doing this is very beneficial for the eyes. Take breaks whenever you spend too much time staring at a screen.
