While hearing the case, a bench of Justice Vishwanathan ordered the CBI to continue the investigation of the recruitment scam. The court said that there is no specific information about which of the 23 lakh answer sheets were investigated. Along with this, the court also ordered re -evaluation of answer sheets related to the examination.
New recruitment in three months
In the year 2016, more than 23 lakh candidates were present for recruitment through the State School Services Commission. More than 25,000 recruitments were accused of large -scale corruption. The Supreme Court has now ordered to complete the recruitment process within the next three months.
The Supreme Court has upheld the appointment of a disabled employee on a humanitarian grounds in its judgment. The remaining disabled employees have also been instructed to provide some discounts in the new recruitment process.
The Supreme Court has said in its judgment that we have reviewed the facts. The entire recruitment process is filled with manipulation and fraud, which has eliminated credibility. The appointed candidates do not need to return the salary received so far.
