A special feature has been added for millions of Instagram users. These features will make Instagram a private translator of the user. Many features are added from time to time to Meta’s photo sharing app. Instagram has added this new update to its direct messaging service (DM), which will provide facilities like message translation, music stickers and scheduling messages. This feature is available on Meta’s social media platform Facebook from 2018. However, these features are not currently available in WhatsApp.
New feature of Instagram
Instagram said in its blog post that by joining the new feature, users will get the option to translate by tapping on any message in the messages sent through the app. The translated message will be visible to users below.
Apart from this, music stickers have also been added to Instagram DM. This service will allow users to share a paragraph of a selected song in their messages. Now you will be able to see this music feature in your chat sticker tab. You will be able to share 30 seconds of music in your messages through DM.
Users will be able to schedule messages
Apart from this, users will also get a feature of schedule to schedule a message in Instagram DM. These features are especially useful for users who want to send birthday messages to someone at night. For this, they will now be able to schedule messages on Instagram at a specific time.
Not only this, the group chat feature of Instagram has also been made useless changes. Users can now invite someone to group chat through QR code. However, group administrators will have the right to manage the QR code. Apart from this, along with pinning three chats in Instagram DM, users will now be able to pin group chat in it. Instagram users will soon start getting this feature. Meta has officially released this facility.
