Maruti Suzuki India Limited reported total sales of 181,531 units in November 2024. This includes 144,238 units sold in the domestic market, 8,660 units supplied to other OEMs, and 28,633 units exported. The figures highlight the company’s steady performance across both domestic and international markets.

Maruti Suzuki’s mini and compact segment sales showed mixed results in November 2024. The mini segment, featuring models like the Alto and S-Presso, recorded sales of 9,750 units, slightly down from 9,959 units in November 2023. Meanwhile, the compact segment, which includes popular models like the Baleno, Swift, and WagonR saw 61,373 units sold, compared to 64,679 units in the same month last year. For the fiscal year so far, mini segment sales stood at 82,224 units, while the compact segment reached 493,742 units, reflecting a year-on-year dip in both categories.

Maruti Suzuki’s passenger car segment, including mini and compact models, reported combined sales of 71,123 units in November 2024, slightly lower than 74,638 units sold in November 2023. The mid-size Ciaz contributed 597 units, up from 278 units last year. Overall, passenger car sales for the fiscal year so far reached 581,363 units, reflecting a year-on-year decline from 669,761 units. Utility vehicles, driven by models like the Brezza and Grand Vitara, recorded strong growth with 59,003 units sold in November, a notable increase from 49,016 units last year. Meanwhile, the Eeco van maintained steady performance, with 10,589 units sold compared to 10,226 units in November 2023.

Maruti Suzuki reported total domestic passenger vehicle sales of 141,312 units in November 2024, up from 134,158 units in November 2023. The Super Carry light commercial vehicle added 2,926 units, contributing to total domestic sales, including OEM supply, of 152,898 units, reflecting year-on-year growth. Export sales also saw a significant rise, with 28,633 units shipped compared to 22,950 units in the same period last year. For the fiscal year to date, domestic sales reached 1,241,306 units, while exports stood at 210,077 units, showcasing steady performance in both markets.
