This new Grand Vitara is now given 6 airbags as standard, and new premium features have also been included. The new Grand Vitara has 6 airbags standardly provided in all variants, which provide excellent security for all passengers. In addition, the Standard Safety Suit includes hill hold assist, electronic stability program (ESP), Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Breakforce Distribution (EBD) with front and rear disc brakes, isofix child seat restant system and 3-point ELR seat belts (on all seats).

A new delta+ strong hybrid variant has also been added to the updated Grand Vitara, which costs Rs 16.99 lakhs. This new variant will be available with the option of Zeta+ and Alpha+ variants of Grand Witara Strong Hybrid as well as new Zeta+ (O) and Alpha+ (O) variants.
