There has been another drone attack in Imphal, M.pur on Monday. Three people from Imphal West were injured in this, while an IRB bunker was vandalized in Imphal East. Earlier also there was an attack in Imphal, M.pur. Now M.pur Chief Minister N Biren Singh has strongly condemned these attacks. He termed these attacks as terrorist acts. He also said that the state government takes such attacks seriously.
N Biren Singh posted on the social media platform that the M.pur state government takes such unprovoked attack very seriously and will definitely respond to the terrorist act targeting the population.
The chief minister emphasised that we condemn all forms of violence and the people of M.pur are united against hatred, division and separatism. The attack came after two separate drone bomb attacks in Kotruk and Senjam Chirang in Imphal West district on Sunday. According to reports, when the attack started in Kotruk, the IGP, DIG, SP and other police forces reached the area and controlled the situation.
