Action:
- To make raw mango pickle, first wash the mangoes. Then cut the mango into thin pieces.
- Mix the pieces of curry with turmeric and salt as per taste.
- Fry fenugreek, onion, soa, coriander, mustard and black pepper in a pan. Then make a thick powder of it. Mix the fennel with roasted spices.
- Heat oil in a cooker, add asafetida and red chili powder to it, add finely chopped raw mangoes and mix well.
