Mumbai: A man was killed in an accident in Sakinaka on Saturday. According to police, he was sleeping under a parked water tanker when the driver started the vehicle and ran over him. The police have registered an FIR against the driver, Kanhaiyalal Yadav, 43, for rash and negligent driving.
The incident occurred near a CNG petrol pump on the Andheri-Ghatkopar Link Road. The victim has been identified as Atul Kamble, a resident of Ghatkopar, where he lived with his brother, Milind. After the autopsy, Kamble’s body was handed over to Milind.
