A shocking incident has come to light in the Raipur police station area of the newly formed Beawar district. A history-sheeter here tied his own driver upside down to a JCB machine and then brutally beat him with a belt. The driver was tortured for about three hours. Salt was rubbed into his wounds and he was subjected to excruciating torture. The incident is said to be from about three months ago, but the video has surfaced now. After the video came to light, police immediately swung into action and took history-sheeter Tejpal Singh Udawat into custody.
History-sheeter Tejpal Singh Udawat is a resident of Gudiya village in the Raipur police station area. He has a farmhouse near the village where JCB machines, dumpers, and other vehicles are parked. According to information, Tejpal illegally conducts gravel mining and transportation work. Several cases are registered against him at Raipur police station. He is a habitual criminal. About three months ago, he caught his own JCB driver on suspicion of diesel theft and hung him upside down tied to the JCB. During this time, several people were present at the farmhouse but no one attempted to rescue him. How could they – there was fear of the history-sheeter. If anyone had spoken up, they too could have received similar punishment.
After this cruel video surfaced, former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and Congress state president Govind Singh Dotasara severely criticized the government. These leaders said that Rajasthan is ruled not by BJP but by mafias. Such frightening incidents have occurred before. The hooliganism of mafias is at its peak, and due to BJP’s weak and negligent governance, criminals have no fear of the law. Former CM Ashok Gehlot demanded immediate action and arrest of the torturer.
