How to make butter parathas
To make Makhana paratha, first you fry the makhana with plain ghee in a non stick pan or pan. Cooking the makhana will make her color black, so cook the makhana until it turns pink and the moisture present in it is removed. After cooking the makhana, grind it finely in the grinder. Boil the potatoes by putting a whistle in the cooker. Then mash the boiled potatoes and put a crushed makhana in the mixture. After adding ground makhana powder to the mawa of potato, add salt (Sindhulaun), green chillies (those who eat red chili) and coriander and mix the mixture well. Then add curd to this mixture as required so that it becomes soft and a paratha -like flour is formed. While adding curd, keep in mind that the mixture does not become too thin. Add curd and when it becomes a paratha-like dough, make small dough and after rolling the flour surface, put ghee on the pan and bake it from both sides.
