Materials required to make Korean Potato
New potatoes of baby size
Soya Sauce – 2 Tsp
Chile Sauce – 1 teaspoon
White Vinegar – 1 teaspoon
Honey (honey) – 1 teaspoon
Finely chopped garlic – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste
White sesame – for garnish
Oil – to fry
Easy recipe to make Korean Style Potato
1) Prepare potatoes
First of all, wash and peel baby potato (small potato) thoroughly.
If you have new and thin peeled potatoes, there is no need to remove the peel completely. This makes potatoes look more tasty.
Now boil these potatoes lightly so that they cook, then wash it with cold water.
2) Fry potatoes
Heat the oil in a pan and add boiled potatoes to it.
Fry the potatoes until they become light golden and crispy without cutting.
When the potatoes are well roasted, then slow down the gas.
3) Prepare the sauce
Add soy sauce, white vinegar and chili sauce to a bowl and mix well.
Now add finely chopped garlic, spring onion, black pepper powder and honey and mix.
This sauce will give a special korean flavor to the potatoes.
4) Mix potatoes in sauce
When the potatoes fry well, put this prepared sauce in the pan.
Now cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes, so that the potato soaks the sauce well.
Sprinkle white sesame on top and mix lightly.
5) Serve hot
Now turn off the gas and serve the chrispy and spicy korean potato hot.
