Motichur Laddu Materials

For Bundi
- 1 cup gram flour
- 1/2 cup water
- Desi ghee to fry
For syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

How to make boondi
- – Make a thick batter by mixing gram flour and water well.
- -Heat oil in the pan and pour the curd in desi ghee and to make boondi, make small holes with a mesh or spoon.
- Fry the boondi until golden and take it out in a plate.
How to make syrup
- – Put sugar and water in a pan and keep it on the gas.
- After the sugar is completely dissolved, add cardamom powder to it and make sugar syrup.

How to make laddus
- – Add the fried boondi to the syrup and mix well.
- Turn off the gas and keep stirring the mixture until all the syrup is absorbed in the boondi.
- When the mixture cools down, apply a little ghee on the hands and make a small splash.
Keep these things in mind while making laddus
- Keep in mind that the color of boondi does not become darker while frying.
- The correct thickness of syrup is very important.
- If the syrup is more thin, then the laddus will break and if it is more thick, then the laddus will become tough.
- -Before making Laddu, apply a little ghee on the hands. So that laddus are easily formed.
