Material:
- Black gram
- Water
- Ginger garlic paste
- Ghee
- red chilli
- Turmeric
- cumin powder
- freshly ground black pepper
- Coriander
- Asafoetida
- Amchur powder
Action:
- To make delicious black gram vegetable, first clean the black gram and soak it in warm water overnight. Then add half a teaspoon of salt to it.
- Remove water from the gram in the morning. Pour the chickpeas in the cooker, add water as required and remove the whistle of the cooker.
- Add red chili powder, turmeric, mango powder, cumin powder, asafetida and black pepper powder in a large bowl.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin and asafoetida and mix it. Then add ginger, garlic and chili paste and mix.
- Then add spices and mix. Then add cooked black gram and mix.
- When the chickpeas are cooked, add salt as per taste and decorate it with coriander. Black gram is ready in a simple way.
