Material:

  • fresh green stalks of cauliflower
  • 2 tomatoes
  • chopped onions
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2 teaspoon oil
  • salt as per taste
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • coriander powder
  • chilli powder
  • garlic-ginger paste
  • ½ teaspoon mustard seeds

How to make Cauliflower Stem Vegetable:

  1. First of all, cut all the stalks of cauliflower, wash them thoroughly and cut them into long pieces. If you want, you can also cut it into small pieces. Keep in mind not to mix it with potatoes.
  2. Now pour oil in the pan and add mustard seeds to it.
  3. When the mustard seeds start crackling, add finely chopped onion.
  4. Fry the onion until golden and then add other spices.
  5. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder and mix well.
  6. Now add the cabbage stalk, add salt and cover and cook.
  7. The stalk will be cooked well in some time. Then add garam masala and tomato puree and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Increase the flame of the gas and cook for one minute and then turn off the gas.
