Materials required to make Falahari Dosa

1 boiled potatoes

2 inch ginger

2 tablespoons yogurt

Rock salt

1 pinch pepper powder

A little fresh coriander

Ghee (to cook dosa)
Method of making Falahari Dosa

Fry sago – First of all, roast the sago on a low flame, then after cooling it, grind it in a mixer and make powder.

Prepare the batter – Make a thin paste by adding Sama rice, boiled potatoes, green chillies, ginger, curd, rock salt and water in the mixer.

Mix the spices – Take out the prepared solution in a vessel and add cumin seeds, black pepper powder and fresh coriander and mix well.

Allow the solution to be set slightly-cover it for 10-15 minutes, so that the batter is prepared well.

Make dosa-Heat the non-stick pan, apply some ghee and then spread the prepared batter and make dosa. Cook on low flame till it crisp.
