- Coconut pieces

Recipe for making crisp cabbage cutlets:
- To make cabbage cutlets, first wash the cabbage and cut it finely. Do not cut it too thick while cutting cabbage.
- Take finely chopped cabbage in a large bowl, add salt to it and keep it aside for some time. Then remove the water properly. This will soften the cabbage.
- Then add rice flour, red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt as per taste.
- Then add tamarind pulp, finely chopped onion, rava, mixed spices and coriander and knead the dough well.
- Make a cutlet with a prepared batter and fry them in hot oil in the pan.
