Action:
- To make tomato essence, first wash the tomatoes and cut it into four pieces and put it in water to cook.
- Make a fine paste by adding coriander, wet coconut, garlic buds and tamarind in a mixer bowl.
- Then cool the cooked tomatoes and make a paste of them.
- While making tomato puree, heat oil in a pan and fry it with bay leaves, mustard, curry leaves and asafoetida.
- Then add ground garlic to it. Add turmeric and red chili powder to the top and mix well.
- After mixing, add the prepared tomato paste and coconut pieces and fry it.
- When the oil is absorbed well, add hot water and salt according to taste and mix it.
- When tomato puree starts boiling, add jaggery to taste and mix.
