Rohan Kekan of Mahasangvi team was declared Raider of the tournament and runners up team Sai Seva got consolation with their star player Krishna Pawar, winning the Defender of the tournament award. Both the teams showed quality play during the tw0-day tournament.
The grand kabaddi tournament was managed by the Maharashtra State Kabaddi Association under the leadership of Mauli Jarange. The event, hosted in Beed and Kuslamb, featured 32 participating teams. The event was livestreamed on Sportvot in association with FPJ. Action continues on Sportvot in many sports events.
Mulund beat Chembur in Powai Mahotsav Kabaddi
Mulund Kreeda Kendra Mulund defeated Chembur Kreeda Kendra Chembur with a score of 37-18 in the men’s match of the Powai Mahotsav 2025: Kabaddi Tournament managed by Mumbai Upanagar Kabaddi Association. Navratran Chembur won against Gurudatta Vikhroli by 8-5 while Shru Javan and Shree Shambu tied with a competitive 26-25 outcome. Mulund Kreeda Kendra triumphed over Navratan Ghatkopar, winning 16-13.

Meri CC shine in T20 Sundar Gagraj League
Meri CC secured a commanding 66-run victory over Rising Star CA in the T20 Sundar Gagraj League in Pune on Sunday. Meri CC posted 195/5 in 20 overs and later restricted their opponents to 129/8. Pramod Narole was the standout performer, smashing a blistering 83 off just 41 balls, laced with nine fours and five sixes. He was well-supported by G. Jadhav, who scored a fiery 30 off 14 balls with five fours and one six, while A.
Jadhav contributed a steady 32 off 34 balls. On the bowling front, H. Bhat was sensational, claiming three wickets for just 11 runs in four overs.
In other match, Gawali Bandhu Avengers cruised to a comfortable 10-wicket victory over New Star, who were bundled out for just 96 runs in 17.3 overs. The chase was effortlessly led by Pratik Wagh, who scored a composed 45 off 39 balls, hitting six fours and two sixes, alongside S. Pingle’s steady 32 off 33 balls.
