Maharashtra Right To Public Service Commissioner Ensures Effective Implementation Of Service Act In Nashik |

To ensure the effective implementation of the Maharashtra State Right to Public Service Act, 2015, State Right to Public Service Commissioner Chitra Kulkarni conducted a meeting with officers and employees of the Education and Women and Child Development Departments at Zila Parishad Nashik.

The Maharashtra Right to Public Service Commission in Mumbai has made available Evaluation Inspection Forms 3, 4, and 5, and all designated officers, along with First and Second Appellate Authorities, have been instructed to coordinate with the District Maha IT Cell for registration.

Chitra Kulkarni emphasized that the Principal of the Education Department, Gram Sevak of the Gram Panchayat Department, and Anganwadi Sevika of the Women and Child Development Department should complete their registration, and the necessary employee information should be filled in the evaluation verification form.

Chief Executive Officer Ashima Mittal directed all account heads and group development officers to ensure the effective implementation of the Act across all Zilla Parishad departments. Each department has been asked to prepare application forms for their services and ensure no citizen is deprived of the benefits provided by the government.

The meeting was attended by Ravindra Pardeshi, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the General Administration Department, Dr. Varsha Fadol, District Program Officer Pratap Patil, Education Officer Primary Dr. Nitin Bachhav, along with Center Head Group Education Officers, Child Development Project Officers, and Supervisors.

Maharashtra Right to Public Services Act, 2015:

Citizens are entitled to transparent, efficient, and time-bound services from the Government and its subordinate public authorities.

Services must be provided within the prescribed time frame.

Citizens have the right to appeal against delays or denial of services.

A dedicated Maharashtra State Right to Public Services Commission ensures the Act’s implementation.
