Voting has started in Maharashtra elections from Wednesday morning and Bollywood celebs have also started coming to contribute in this election. Bollywood star Akshay Kumar, who is famous for waking up early in the morning, has cast his vote early in the morning. Wearing a black shirt and gray pants, Akshay was seen reaching the voting center in Juhu in a very dashing style.
Akshay gets Indian citizenship back in August 2023
In the last few years, there have been many controversies regarding Akshay’s citizenship. He had Canadian citizenship. Akshay had said in an old interview that during the bad phase of his career, he had planned to leave India and do some work in Canada, hence he took citizenship there. But he has applied again to get Indian citizenship.
Akshay voted for the first time in the Lok Sabha elections held in May this year.
