Maharashtra Congress Begins Organisational Reshuffle, Fresh Talent To Be Inducted | File Pic
Mumbai: To strengthen the Congress party, Maharashtra Congress president Harshavardhan Sapkal has initiated an organisational restructuring process.
As part of this effort, senior Congress leaders were appointed as district-wise observers on Friday. These observers will assess ground-level dynamics, and based on their reports, necessary changes will be implemented across the party structure from the mandal to the state level. All vacant positions will be filled and fresh talent will be inducted where necessary.
On Friday, Sapkal chaired a crucial meeting with the newly appointed observers at Tilak Bhavan, the party’s state headquarters. These observers will visit their assigned districts, interact with Congress officebearers and workers, and submit their reports to the state Congress within 15 days. Once the reports are received, the process of organisational restructuring will begin.
