Eknath Shinde resigned
Eknath Shinde today submitted his resignation from the post of Chief Minister to the Governor. Shinde has been ordered to act as acting Chief Minister till the new Chief Minister takes oath. The tenure of Maharashtra Assembly ended on 26 November. The name for the post of Chief Minister may be announced by this evening.
There is no dispute regarding the post of CM
In the presence of Shiv Sena MLAs in Mumbai, Deepak Kesarkar said, ‘There is no dispute regarding the post of Chief Minister. He said that the meeting has been org.zed to strengthen the org.zation. Kesarkar said, there is strong unity among the three parties. Eknath Shinde said that whatever decision Prime Minister Modi and Amit Shah take, everyone will support them.
