Material for making sago khichdi
- 1 cup sago
- 1-2 green chillies
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Half cup peanuts
- Rock salt
- One spoon ginger finely chopped
- 1 potato
- Coriander finely chopped
Method of making sago khichdi
- First of all wash the sago thoroughly and soak it in water for about an hour.
- Before making sago khichdi, peel the potatoes and wash it thoroughly. Now cut them into small pieces. By cutting into small pieces, they will quickly and easily cook.
- Now fry the peanuts well in a pan. Heat ghee in the same pan. Now add cumin seeds. When cumin seeds start to crackle, add green chili and ginger to it. Fry everyone on low heat.
- Now add chopped potatoes and cook it well. When the potato is cooked, add soaked sago to it. Keep the sago covered and keep checking in between.
- When it is cooked well, add salt as per taste and add roasted peanuts. Put coriander leaves on it before removing it.
