Moradabad, 02 October (HS). Astrologer Pandit Surendra Kumar Sharma, Director of Shri Hari Astrology Institute, Linepar, Moradabad, said on Wednesday that Sharadiya Navratri, Shukla Paksha Pratipada Tithi of Ashwin month will start from October 3 and will end with Shri Durga Navami on October 11. This time Mata R. is coming in a palanquin. During Navratri, if Maa Durga comes to earth riding in a palanquin or doli, then it is not considered a very good sign. Actually, the arrival of Mata R. in the palanquin can become a matter of concern. This indicates decline in the economy, recession in business, violence, increasing epidemics in the country and the world and unnatural events.
Astrologer Pandit Surendra Kumar Sharma told that although Navratri is celebrated four times a year, but Chaitra and Shardiya Navratri are considered the most important. Magh Gupta Navratri and Ashadh Gupta Navratri are observed secretly by Yogis of the Mahatma. Shardiya Navratri starts from Pratipada Tithi of Ashwin month and continues till Navami Tithi. Devotees observe fast for nine days and worship him. Durga Saptshati is recited, Durga Stotra and Durga Chalisa are recited.
Surendra Kumar told that the Shukla Paksha Pratipada tithi of Ashwin month will start at 12:18 midnight on October 2 and 3 and the tithi will end at 2:58 am on October 3 and 4. On October 3, the auspicious time of Ghatasthapana will be from 6:15 am to 7:22 am. There will be a total time of one hour and six minutes for the Muhurta of Ghat Sthapana.
