Lucknow News: Police raids at Thai spa in Sushant Golf City, 6 Thai women detained

Police raided the Blue Berry Thai Spa Private Limited in Sushant Golf City area of ​​Lucknow on Saturday. In this action, six Thai women were found working, who had neither work visa nor employment permit. Police had received information about suspicious activities in this spa.

Investigation revealed that women have only cell-discipline trade activity visa, which is not valid for employment in India. These women were staying in the spa, but they neither had any rent agreement, nor the necessary documents like Form-C were present.

During interrogation of Spa’s manager Nuchanart Tungkrathok, it was found that the company’s chief director Simran Singh is a resident of Varanasi and rarely comes to Lucknow. According to DCP South, the director of the company appointed foreign women illegally and appointed them without notice.
