A big step has been taken regarding residential development in Lucknow. in Mohanlalganj area Housing Development Council has started the process of land acquisition for the township project. Under this project, land registry has been banned in 9 villages.

In which villages the registry has been stopped?

Housing Development Council has sent a list of 9 villages to the registry office, where land registry has been banned. These villages are:

  1. Chand Sarai
  2. Kasimpur
  3. Biruha
  4. Habuapur
  5. Moazzam Nagar
  6. Sathwara
  7. Siddhpura
  8. Bhatwara, Paharnagar Tikariya
  9. Kabirpur, Maghuva and Beligaon

Under this project, a residential area equipped with modern facilities will be developed. The government aims to ensure overall development in these areas of Lucknow with this step and improve the infrastructure in the area.

Avoidance of legal and administrative problems

Land registry has been put on hold to avoid any legal or administrative problems during land acquisition. This step will ensure smooth implementation of future plans.
