LPG Price Today: Like always, this time also the rates of LPG cylinders will be updated on the first day of the month. New rates of LPG will be released on 1 December 2024. According to the data given on IOC, before the Modi government, on December 1, 2013, the price of domestic LPG cylinder was Rs 1021 in Delhi, Rs 1050.5 in Kolkata, Rs 1038 in Mumbai and Rs 1014 in Chennai. Today i.e. on 29th November, it is available more than Rs 200 cheaper than that rate. Today the rate of LPG cylinder in Delhi is Rs 803. Even on March 9, it was available at the same rate.
In the last 11 years, the cheapest 14 kg domestic LPG cylinder was available in December 2016 for just Rs 584 and the most expensive was available in December 2022. At that time, one had to pay Rs 1053 for an LPG cylinder in Delhi.
In December 2023, the rate of LPG cylinder was Rs 903.00 in Delhi, Rs 929 in Kolkata, Rs 902.50 in Mumbai and Rs 918.50 in Chennai. In December 2022, domestic cylinder was available for Rs 1053 in Delhi, Rs 1079 in Kolkata, Rs 1052.50 in Mumbai and Rs 1068.50 in Chennai.
In December 2021, it was available for Rs 899.50 in Delhi, Rs 926 in Kolkata, Rs 899.50 in Mumbai and Rs 915.50 in Chennai. Whereas, in December 2020, it was being sold for Rs 694 in Delhi, Rs 720.5 in Kolkata, Rs 694 in Mumbai and Rs 710 in Chennai. In December 2019, it was selling for Rs 695 in Delhi, Rs 725.5 in Kolkata, Rs 665 in Mumbai and Rs 714 in Chennai.
