There is a relief news for the common people on the morning of the New Year. LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) cylinder has become cheaper by Rs 14 50 paise from today. This reduction in cylinder prices has taken place from Delhi to Patna or rather in the entire country. This relief in the prices of LPG gas cylinders is available only in 19 kg commercial LPG cylinders. There has been no change in the price of domestic gas cylinder i.e. 14 kg LPG cylinder.
In Delhi, from January 1, a 19 kg Indane LPG cylinder will be available for Rs 1804. Last month it was Rs 1818.50. The same commercial cylinder in Kolkata now costs Rs 1911. In December it was Rs 1,927. Even in November it was Rs 1911.50.
The price of LPG cylinder in Mumbai has reduced by Rs 16. Here this commercial LPG cylinder will be available for Rs 1756 instead of Rs 1771. In Kolkata, its price has become Rs 1966 instead of Rs 1980.50 from January 1. Now in Patna the same cylinder will be available for Rs 2057 instead of Rs 2072.5.
After 6 months, the price of commercial gas cylinder has been reduced. Before January, the price of commercial gas cylinders was increasing for 6 consecutive months i.e. from July to December.
There is no change in the price of domestic LPG cylinder even on the first day of 2025. Even today it is available in Patna for Rs 892.50. Along with this, 14 kg LPG cylinder is available in Delhi at this rate on 1st August. Even today on January 1, it is being sold for only Rs 803. The price of LPG cylinder in Kolkata is Rs 829, in Mumbai Rs 802.50 and in Chennai Rs 818.50.
