- HUL has received approval from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) to purchase Aparizing Science, Parent Company of Beauty and Personal Care Brand Minimalist.
Bank of maharashtra
- Market regulator SEBI has issued an Administrative Warning letter to Bank of Maharashtra for not holding Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) in FY 2023 and 2024.
Ircon International
- IRCON has received an EPC contract of ₹ 1,096.2 crore from the Meghalaya government for a new Secretariat Complex.
- It is achieved in a joint venture with Badri Rai & Co., with a 26% stake of IRCON and 74% stake in Badri Rai.
Star Cement
- Star Cement Meghalaya obtained a composite license of Boro Hyundong Limpone Block at the e-auction of the Assam government.
- The block is spread over 400 hectares and has an estimated reserves of 14.67 million tonnes of limestone.

- Raymond Lifestyle will be included in Nifty 500, Nifty Smallcap 250, and Nifty Midsmolcap 400 from March 21 in place of ICICI Securities.
- The NSE has announced to stop trading in shares of ICICI Securities.

- Birla Estates, a subsidiary of Aditya Birla Real Estate, launched its first project “Birla Punya” in Pune.
- The project will be spread over 5.76 acres and is expected to generate a revenue of ₹ 2,700 crore.
