Shocking videos continue to emerge in the Meerut murder case of Saurabh Rajput. In the latest video, Saurabh’s killers—Muskan Rastogi and her lover Sahil Shukla—are seen celebrating after his brutal murder and kissing each other.
In a 12-second clip that has surfaced, Sahil is seen eating a piece of cake from Muskan’s hand and kissing her.
Earlier today, it was revealed that she had instructed her cab driver to order a cake on March 11 for Sahil’s birthday. According to reports, the cab driver—who approached the police and informed them about the night the cake was ordered—told officers that Muskan and Sahil referred to each other as Parvati and Shankar, respectively.
Another video that surfaced on Friday shows Muskan and Sahil smeared in Holi colors and smiling. After killing her husband, Muskan and her paramour, Sahil, brutally dismembered Saurabh’s body into 15 pieces. Muskan attacked her sleeping husband with a knife, stabbing him in the chest. Once they confirmed he was dead, Sahil transported the corpse to the bathroom, where he dismembered the body. They then placed the remains in a plastic container, filling it with cement to conceal evidence of their crime.
To deflect suspicion, Muskan went on a 12-day trip to Shimla-Manali, regularly posting photos and videos on Instagram to create the illusion that she was simply on vacation.
The murder was discovered on March 18 when Saurabh’s brother, Rahul, visited the Indranagar Second home in Brahmapuri. Finding Muskan with an unknown man (Sahil), Rahul questioned his sister-in-law about his brother’s whereabouts. Her unclear responses and a strange smell permeating the house aroused his suspicions. Rahul alerted neighbors, prompting police involvement that ultimately revealed the horrific crime.
During questioning, both Muskan and Sahil confessed to murdering Saurabh.
