Established in 2002, LOLT is dedicated to unlocking the untapped potential of rural India and fostering holistic growth and sustainable development.
The Visionary Behind LOLT Mrs. Villy Doctor, born on August 25th, 1951, in Mumbai to a Zoroastrian family, was raised with a strong foundation of ethical and spiritual values. Integrity, excellence, transparency, passion, commitment, respect, trust, and joy remain at the core of LOLT’s initiatives. Under her dynamic leadership and with the support of a dedicated 250-member team, LOLT has reached thousands of families across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Odisha.
With an unwavering commitment to holistic rural development, Villy Doctor aims to expand LOLT’s outreach to communities across India through collaborative efforts with like-minded organizations and individuals.
The TATA Mumbai Marathon – A Platform for Change Raising funds for impactful initiatives has always been a challenge, but LOLT’s transparency and dedication to its cause have earned consistent success at fundraising events, especially the prestigious TATA Mumbai Marathon.
For over a decade, Mrs..Villy Doctor has been an inspiring CHANGE RUNNER, CHANGE ICON, and now proudly stands as a CHANGE LEGEND. This year too, her relentless efforts resulted in raising an impressive amount. Furthermore, with the collective efforts of Corporate India and individual fundraisers, LOLT has crossed another milestone and has 7 corporate organisations Running for LOLT.

This initiative not only imparts quality education but also nurtures talent in music and dance, empowering children to dream beyond boundaries.
This year, more than 1,500 dedicated runners have registered to run for LOLT’s cause across various categories, symbolizing their commitment to creating lasting change in rural India.
