Deepak, the main accused in the accident, is a resident of Jaipur, Rajasthan and works as a car broker in Delhi-NCR. Deepak was arrested from the spot. Investigation revealed that Deepak was driving Lamborghini during the test drive at the time of the accident. The police have seized the vehicle and are investigating the entire case thoroughly.
Two laborers Ravidas and Rambhu Kumar, who were injured in the accident, are undergoing treatment at the nearest hospital. According to doctors, both are now out of danger and their condition is improving. Both his legs were broken.

An alleged video of the incident has surfaced on social media in which the accused gets out of his car and asks the local people, “Is there someone died here?” In the video, a person also heard the accused asking if he knows how many people have been killed here. In the video, a person can also be heard calling a “call the police”.
