Kunal Kamra has been approached for the next season of Salman Khan’s reality show Bigg Boss. The comedian took to his Instagram story to share a screenshot of his conversation with a casting director who is handling casting for BB. The casting director in the message wrote, “l am handling the casting for this season of Bigg boss and your name came up as someone they might find interesting. I know it might not have been on your radar, but honestly, it’s such a mad platform to show your real vibe and win over a massive audience. What do you think? Should we talk about it? (sic).” Kunal replied to the message, “I would much rather check into a mental hospital…”

Kunal Kamra Controversy
Kunal Kamra made it to the headlines last month after one of his gigs went viral on social media. In the video, he was seen taking a dig at a minister and called him ‘Gaddar’. While he didn’t mention anyone’s name in it, Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena party members vandalised The Habitat in Khar, Mumbai where the show was organised. Later, FIR was filed against Kamra and he was summoned by Mumbai Police.
Kunal Kamra Won’t Apologise
After his video went viral and The Habitat was vandalised, Kamra had shared a long statement on social media in which he had stated that he won’t apologise. He had written, “I will not apologise. What I said is exactly what Mr. Ajit Pawar (1st deputy CM) said about Mr. Eknath Shinde (2nd Deputy CM). I don’t fear this mob & I will not be hiding under my bed, waiting for this to die down.”
