- Jackfruit leaves
- red chilli
- Turmeric
- Salt
- Mustard oil
- Cumin
- Garlic

Action:
- To cook the inner leaves of jackfruit, first cook the leaves by adding water to the cooker.
- After cooking the brinjal, peel them and cut them into thin pieces. Do not peel potatoes while cooking.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin, asafoetida and onion and mix well.
- While cooking onion, add salt as per taste and mix. Cook the onion on low flame until it becomes soft.
- Then add red chili powder, turmeric powder, onion powder and coconut powder and mix well.
- When the masala leaves the oil, add finely chopped coriander leaves and mix. Cook the vegetables well.
