  • 1 medium sized cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup peas
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • two chillies chopped
  • roasted ginger
  • a medium sized onion
  • 2 medium sized tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 teaspoons green coriander
  • Asafoetida
  • whole cumin seeds
  • rye
  • Coriander

Cabbage Peas Vegetable Recipe

  • Wash cabbage and peas. But chop the cabbage. Make ginger garlic chilli paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan. – Add mustard, cumin, asafoetida, onion, tomato and green chilli and fry.
  • – Add cabbage and peas and mix.
  • – Now add turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
  • Keep it on low flame until it cooks well. Then add green coriander and serve hot. Your cabbage pea curry is ready.
