Mumbai – A doctor of KEM Hospital operated by Mumbai Municipal Corporation has been accused of sexual harassment. Six women doctors have filed a written complaint against a doctor working as additional professor in the forensic department of the hospital.
The complaint alleges that the doctor had been harassing women colleagues mentally and physically for a long time. A 32 -year -old woman doctor working in the hospital first filed a complaint in this regard in June 2023. This doctor is accused of calling women doctors to the pretext of taking selfies and then touched her back and other organs unwanted. The victim also said that he used to try to get very close to her during any departmental program or conference.
Regarding an incident in February 2025, the victim said that the accused doctor had turned her hand on her back, the scene was also seen by two other female doctors.
