Former Indian cricket team player Kedar Jadhav joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday. He took membership of BJP in Mumbai in the presence of Maharashtra minister and state BJP chief Chandrashekhar Bawankule, Ashok Chavan and other leaders.

Before joining Bhariya Janata Party, Kedar Jadhav met Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Ravindra Chavan. After this, he also met former president of Mumbai Cricket Association and BJP leader Ashish Shelar.

Kedar Jadhav is a resident of Pune and has played 73 ODIs for the Indian cricket team. In addition, he also has the opportunity to play 9 T20 international matches. As an all -rounder, he scored 1389 runs in 73 ODIs and also took 27 wickets. However, he did not hit a single ball in T20 International matches.
