On 4 April, Sony TV officially released a promo on its Instagram page, which made fan excited for the show. In the promo, Amitabh Bachchan is shown battling stomach ache in a funny manner. A doctor comes to examine them, but jokingly says that Big B is hiding something, causing them to have trouble. Then Megastar finally announced the big news, registration for Kaun Banega Crorepati 17 will start from April 14.
