Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan is currently enjoying the success of his horror-comedy film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, released in November 2024, which grossed over Rs 417 crore worldwide, making it the fifth highest-grossing Indian film of 2024. Now, according to the latest report, Kartik is all set to purchase two more properties in Andheri, Mumbai.
A report in Mid-Day stated that Kartik has been searching for a high-end residential apartment and a commercial space of over 2,000 square feet with the help of producer Anand Pandit. He already owns multiple residential and commercial properties in Mumbai, including two apartments in Juhu, one in Versova, and another in Andheri.
Further, the report stated, “He has rented out one of them at Rs 4.5 lakh per month. The upscale locality is known for housing celebrities. In 2019, Kartik had bought an apartment in Versova, where he had lived as a paying guest during his struggling days. He also bought a 2,000-square-foot office space at Veera Desai, where Amitabh Bachchan, Sara Ali Khan, Ajay Devgn, and Kajol also own offices. That has also been rented out.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Kartik recently announced a new film, Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri, which will be produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. This marks their first on-screen collaboration after reports of their fallout, which led to Aaryan’s exit from Dostana. The film was announced in 2019, featuring Janhvi Kapoor and Lakshya.
Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri also marks Kartik’s reunion with director Sameer Vidwans, with whom he previously worked in Satyaprem Ki Katha opposite Kiara Advani.
