Kangana Ranaut starrer Emergency was released in January this year. The film received positive reviews, but it didn’t do well at the box office. Now, Emergency has started streaming on Netflix, and the film is getting a lot of appreciation on social media. Everyone is praising the film, and Kangana’s performance in it. The actress today attended a session in parliament, and she took to Instagram to reveal that someone from opposition praised her performance in Emergency.
The actress shared a picture of a note which reads, “Hey, saw Emergency yesterday you are tooooo good! Love.” At the end of the note there’s a sign, but it is difficult to guess who it is.
Kangana shared the note on her Instagram story and wrote, “A little note of appreciation from the other side quitely came to me…. and made me smile warmly.” Check out the post below…

This has grabbed the attention of Kangana’s fans and they are super happy about it. A fan posted on X, “Kangana’s power that even Opposition party is also praising her performance.”
Reportedly, Emergency was made on a budget of Rs. 60 crore, but it just collected Rs. 18.35 crore which made it a flop at the box office. However now, clearly, the film is grabbing everyone’s attention on OTT.
A couple of days ago, filmmaker Sanjay Guptya had posted about Emergency. He had shared, “Today I watched EMERGENCY by @KanganaTeam Very frankly I wasn’t planning to as I had prejudged it. I am so glad that I was wrong. What a fantastic film by Kangana both performance & direction. Top Notch & World Class.”
While Kangana had co-directed Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi, Emergency was her first film as a solo director, and it has impressed one and all.
Talking about her upcoming movies, she will be seen in a Tamil film opposite R Madhavan, and also has a movie titled Bharat Bhagya Vidhata linedup.
