This year Kaal Bhairav Jayanti will be celebrated on 22nd November. This day is also called Bhairav Ashtami. Lord Kalabhairava, the fierce, just-loving form of Lord Shiva, is worshiped on this day. Kaal Bhairav Jayanti 2024
Kaal Bhairav Jayanti is considered to destroy sins and bring auspiciousness. In the year 2024, Kaal Bhairav Jayanti will start on 22nd November at 6.07 pm. Kaal Bhairav ji is worshiped in the night time, hence Kaal Bhairav Jayanti will be celebrated on 22nd November only. Whereas Ashtami Tithi will remain till 7.56 pm on 23rd November. Therefore, you should avoid certain activities on both 22nd and 23rd November.
Do not consume meat and alcohol
During the puja on the day of Kalbhairav Jayanti, meat and liquor are offered to Kalbhairav ji. But apart from offering these things in puja, if you consume them then it is considered very inauspicious. Therefore, do not consume meat or alcohol even by mistake on the day of Kaal Bhairav Jayanti.
Householders should not perform tantric worship
Many people also do tantric worship of Kaal Bhairav Maharaj. But householders should avoid tantric worship of Kaal Bhairav ji. A small mistake in Tantric worship can cause big harm to you. Problems may increase in your family life. You may suffer financial loss and fate may also be angry with you.

Kaal Bhairav ji is considered to be the physical form of Lord Shiva. Therefore, one should not cheat anyone even by mistake on the day of Kaal Bhairav Jayanti. Avoid telling lies on this day.

Kalbhairavji’s vehicle is a dog and Kalbhairav is very fond of .mals and birds. One should not misbehave with any .mal on the day of Teth Kaal Bhairav Jayanti. If you feed .mals and birds, you get auspicious results.
avoid violence
On this day you should avoid violence and should not allow violent thoughts to come into your mind. To prevent wrong thoughts from coming to your mind, study religious books or take help of meditation.
don’t insult elders
Lord Kaal Bhairav gets angry with those who insult elders. Misbehavior with teachers. Therefore, avoid doing such things, otherwise luck may stop supporting you.

- It is considered very important to donate black sesame seeds to please Lord Kaal Bhairav on the day of Kalashtami. By donating black sesame seeds all sins are destroyed and salvation is attained.
