The country’s Supreme Court has formed a special committee to investigate serious cash allegations against Judge Yashwant Verma. The Supreme Court has appointed a three -member panel to ensure a fair investigation into the case, which will investigate the allegations against Delhi High Court Judge Yashwant Verma.

Earlier, Chief Justice of Delhi High Court D.K. Upadhyay had probably submitted a report to Chief Justice of India Sanjeev Khanna regarding the recovery of cash from the government residence of Justice Verma. Justice Upadhyay started the internal investigation process to collect evidence and information in the matter and submitted its detailed report on Friday.
