Sabir police station has registered a case under various sections including fraud against unknown people for cheating them of Rs 4.25 lakh by giving online tasks. The police is investigating the matter Mukesh, a resident of Rada Mohalla, told in his complaint to the police that on November 11, he received a call on his phone. Who asked to join the group by working on the online task of hotel rating. He followed his advice and got himself registered. After which he was given reviews of five hotels. With which two hundred rupees came into his account. Then he was asked to invest one thousand rupees.

After rating, Rs 1500 came into his account. After investing three thousand again, he got six thousand rupees. Then he was cheated of Rs 45 thousand instead of Rs 29 thousand 600. Then one lakh 28 thousand 500 rupees were deposited from him. Then he was given another task and asked to deposit Rs 2 lakh 58 thousand 600. To save the amount he deposited it. After that he was asked to withdraw his money but the amount was not withdrawn. On talking, the accused said that the account was frozen. With which the accused asked to deposit Rs 6 lakh 34 thousand 600. On which he realized that he had been cheated but by then Rs 4 lakh 27 thousand 770 had already been snatched from him. The police is investigating the case.
