Jhabua (Madhya Pradesh): Collector Neha Meena was honoured with Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration-2024 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the 17th National Civil Services Day celebrations at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi on Monday.

The recognition came under the ‘Aspirational Blocks Programme’ category for her exceptional leadership in implementing key initiatives including the Moti Aai Abhiyan, Har Ghar Jal and Awas Yojana in Jhabua district. These programmes significantly accelerated development in remote areas of the region.

Under collector Meena’s guidance, the district made an impressive progress in providing nutritious food, improving agricultural yields, ensuring water access to every household and building permanent housing for underprivileged residents.

PM Modi congratulated her and team for their outstanding achievements. She was among 16 civil servants nationwide selected for this honour.

CM honours collector Garg for innovation on Civil Services Day

Mandsaur (Madhya Pradesh): Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav honoured district Collector Aditi Garg with the Chief Minister’s Excellence Award for Innovation for 2022–23 on the occasion of Civil Services Day, on Monday in Bhopal.

She received a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh and a certificate of appreciation for her innovative initiative in Ayushman Card creation, which falls under the Health and Nutrition category.

The award was presented during a ceremony organised by the state government, where a total of 14 administrative officers from across Madhya Pradesh were recognised. The event was attended by chief secretary Anurag Jain and others.
